We don’t have dishes of grande cuisine. Everything here is homemade. We prepare our simple dishes from local products using local recipes.
We cook with love, just like Transcarpathian grandmas in their village.

Potato pancakes, tokan, bean soup, strapačky, rakott krumpli, paprikás,  shovdar, piknytsia, hurka, river trout from Shypot, baked pork shin and, known by all, bograch and banosh…

And many more super delicious dishes of the Transcarpathian cuisine.
